Jane App (Online Booking System:

Jane is our secure online patient portal where you can schedule appointments, complete intake forms, receive appointment reminders, and access receipts and invoices.

Click the "Book Now" button on our website or use your Jane account to view available appointment times and schedule your visit. If you need help, please call the office (860) 365-1033.

Yes! You'll receive intake forms through Jane App via email that you can complete online before your visit, helping save time at check-in.

Click "Forgot Password" on the Jane login page and follow the instructions to reset your password.

Receipts and invoices are available upon request.

Your first appointment includes a health history review, a comprehensive examination, and a discussion of your concerns and goals. If appropriate, treatment may begin the same day.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily.

New patient visits are typically longer to allow time for your consultation and examination — 60 minutes. Follow-up visits are generally shorter and focused on your treatment plan — 20 to 40 minute appointments.

We kindly ask that you provide at least 12 hours' notice whenever possible so we can offer the appointment to another patient. Patients can cancel through their patient portal on Jane App if it is over 12 hours. Under 12 hours notice, please call the office (860) 365-1033
